Flo, a successful waitress, has just seen on the news that Mr Big, a greedy landlord, wants to destroy four restaurants that belong to Darla, Tony, Margarita and Toshiro,respectively - so that he can open his own mega-restaurant. Flo runs to help her each of her friends,and arrives just in time to stop Mr. Big and earn a chance to make enough money to pay him back.
Flo and her friend Darla (featured in previous Diner Dash games) go on a vacation. However, whilst boarding the ship, Flo's suitcase containing her clothes accidentally falls overboard. As the pair eat at the on-board restaurant, a waiter slips, dropping his tray. Flo catches it, and the manager comments that she "looks like she's handled a tray before". Flo explains that she owns a restaurant along with Darla, and since the crew is short-handed, the manager asks Flo to work for the ship's crew. In return, the manager offers to refund their tickets, as well as pay them for their services. Using the money from this offer, Flo plans to buy herself some new clothes on the on-board store. The vacation takes the pair through the cruise, riding the rails, exploring the deep, waiting tables in the sky, and into the reaches of space.
Flo returns to her hometown to visit her Grandma Florence to find that the place has become a run-down ghost town. Flo decides to use her culinary skills to rejuvenate the town by improving the restaurants at all the formerly popular hangouts (such as the zoo, ballpark, museum and amusement park.)
Flo is back in yet another time management challenge! This time is taking care of your hotel guests! When Quinn's new travel business hits a snag, she needs Flo's patented elbow grease to help renovate and run hotels all over DinerTown! As Flo, you will have to deliver guest's luggage, drop off room service and provide extra towels, blankets and anything else they may need to stay happy and leave big tips!
